From 5-9 September 2022, HowNow is officially OOO.

This year’s annual team retreat takes us to Antalya, Turkiye. The perfect halfway point between our two worlds. Away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai and the city smog of London (plus a few scattered in Lisbon and Manchester).

We’re bringing everyone together to learn from each other, enjoy some shared activities, collaborate across projects and take some much-deserved downtime as a team.

What is it?

From Monday to Friday, 5-9 September, the HowNow team will be away from our desks – attending the HowNow Annual Team Retreat. We’re officially #HowNOOOw for those five days.

HowNow’s Team Retreat is a time for us to come together to celebrate, collaborate and connect.

Celebrate our wins

It’s been a challenging but successful two years. This is our opportunity to celebrate the wins – big and small.

Share learnings

A lot has happened so fast. This is a moment for us to pause and reflect on the things we’ve learnt.

Connect together

After working apart for a long time, this is a chance for all of us at HowNow to come together and connect in person.

What should I expect?

During this week, the support team will have limited availability to answer pressing queries. During this time, you should also expect a delay in responses.

  • We’ll triage customer questions through our Support Chat to monitor and prioritise the most urgent issues.
  • You can email in emergencies.
  • If you require non-urgent support during this time, check out the HowNow Support Centre.

We’ll consider the below issues as ‘urgent’:

  • Unexpected platform downtime.
  • Severe service disruption.
  • Integration outages.

We’ll still make a considered effort to respond to your messages, however, you should expect delays in responses.
